This event is open to carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh and Midlothian. 

When: 6 sessions, weekly from Monday 19 August to Monday 23 September, 5pm – 5:45pm

About the event: 

Join Janine, our Pilates instructor who uses the original principles of Pilates. You will be given the opportunity to lengthen and strengthen your body using a gentle, mat-based exercise. Modifications for exercises will be given. Suitable for all levels. 

Enjoy Pilates from the comfort of your own home. All you need is your own mat (e.g. a yoga mat), a blanket and a small pillow/cushion for comfort. Alternatively, if you prefer to sit, please have a comfy cushion or pillow.
