If you employ, or are planning to employ, Personal Assistants using a Direct Payment from the local authority, join VOCAL and Lothian Centre for Inclusive Living (LCiL) practitioners to find out more about employer responsibilities, safe recruitment practice and day-to-day management of support, as well as information and advice for you as the carer.
