This live sound bath session will gently guide you into a meditative state of deep relaxation and calm, soothing mind and body.

A soundbath can help to restore the natural balance in your body, mind and soul by activating your body’s own natural healing process. The vibrations of sound played at certain frequencies can help to reduce stress, improve concentration and focus, support the immune system, lower blood pressure and improve sleep at night.
During the session, I will guide you through a short meditation, accompanied by gentle sound healing instruments, such as the monolini, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, koshi chimes and more. Often you’ll begin to feel more relaxed and perhaps even sleepy during a soundbath, as your brainwave rhythms begin to match the sound frequencies.
